This is a reminder to all our families to PLEASE log on to the
team's web site and sign up for a volunteer position and concession
item as soon as possible.
The Nor'Easter Classic is next weekend at UMass - Lowell and is
a major event for the club. The meet is full and we are
hosting almost 500 athletes over the course of the weekend.
The success of the event is totally dependent on our families
donating their time at one of the four sessions over the course of
the weekend. In the past everyone has been wonderful about
helping out and offering items for the very busy concession stand.
However, planning can be made easier by signing up on
advance. Right now, there is a real need for timers and
concession workers for all sessions (especially the afternoon
sessions), along with some other positions.
Please log on as soon as possible and indicate how you would
like to help out and any items you can donate to the concession
stand. Unfortunately, Monday morning is our planning deadline
so after that we will be assigning people to open duties.
