on our website. The meet is crowded. Please be there early. There
have been numerous warmup changes. Please note the info below.
Warmups:
Friday Evening: Be ready 3:45PM (If you are in
the last event, 500FR, provide own timer.)
Sat and Sun AM (9-10, 13-14): Be ready 7:30AM
Saturday Afternoon 8&U Session: Be ready
12:00 Noon
Saturday PM (11-12, 15-19): Be ready 1:45PM
Saturday Evening (1650 Free): Be ready 6:15PM
(warmup 6:30) (provide own timer)
Sunday Afternoon 8&U Session: Be ready
1:20PM
Sunday PM (11-12, 15-19): Be ready 3:00PM
Timing Assignments:
NWSC is required
to provide the following timers. Parents should coordinate timing
duties:
Saturday AM: 2 timers
Saturday Afternoon 8&U Session: 1 timer
Saturday PM: 2 timers
Sunday AM: 1 timer
Sunday Afternoon 8&U Session: 1 timer
Sunday PM: 2 timers
Seating for swimmers will be in the gymnasium.
Please dress warmly, bring extra towels, and chairs for the gym.

practice 5:00-7:00PM at Lowell High
Sat February 13: Jr/Sr 6:00-7:30AM at
UMass-Lowell (No Age Group Practice)
Sun February 14: No Practice

Check between your car
seats or your coat pockets and turn your loose change to a greater
cause!
During our upcoming New England Regionals
Meet, we will have a "COINS for
Haiti
" donation drive. Proceeds will go to American Red Cross,
International Disaster Relief Fund –
Haiti
. Please advise all attendees to be on the lookout for a
"Donation Jar" near the admissions table. It's a wonderful
opportunity to demonstrate the generosity of the swimming community
and show how small change can add up to something
greater. So bring any loose change and let's see how
giving our community can be! Thanks everyone for your support.
